WHAT'S COVERED

Liability Insurance

Covers injuries or damages to the other driver and their property. This does not cover injuries or damages to you or your property. The minimum required coverage for liability insurance is $30,000 per person for Bodily Injury, $60,000 per accident, and $25,000 for Property Damage. This is the lowest amount of coverage you can have for auto insurance in the state of Texas.

Comprehensive & Collision

Together these offer full protection when your vehicle is damaged. Comprehensive insurance covers your car from damages caused by fire, theft, vandalism, or hail. Collision insurance also covers damages to your car caused by a collision with another car or an object.

Personal Injury Protection (PIP)

Covers certain medical expenses and loss of wages incurred as a result of an accident. PIP covers you and your passengers in the vehicle, minus standard deductible payments, before a payout is given.

Uninsured & Underinsured Motorist

Covers you from damages resulting from a driver who caused an accident and does not have any, or enough, insurance to cover the incurred damages.

Medical Payments

Covers medical costs which include medical bills, dental care, and/or funeral expenses as a result of an accident. This coverage pays regardless of who is at fault for causing the accident.

Rental Reimbursement

If you are in an accident and need a rental car while your vehicle is being repaired, this covers the cost of the rental.

Towing & Roadside Assistance

This can be added to your policy to use in case your car breaks down or you get stranded on the side of the road.
